Within 30 days of delivery.
Return conditions
Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, with all accessories included. Filter cartridges that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to start a return
Email ada4432@163.com with your order number and photos of the item. Please do not send anything back before contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at our cost.
